Founders Simon and Moneeta Pearson

O&S Accounting was founded by Simon and Moneeta Pearson, a husband and wife team who built the firm on the values they live by every day, expertise, reliability, and a genuinely personal approach to every client we work with.

Simon Pearson

Founder & Lead Accountant

Simon Pearson brings nearly 20 years of accounting experience to O&S Accounting. His extensive knowledge and hands on approach have earned him a reputation for excellence and reliability across the West Midlands, and many of his clients have been with him for the better part of a decade.

Simon’s dedication to his clients, and his genuine passion for accounting, are evident in every piece of work that leaves the firm. Whether it is unpicking a complex VAT question or sitting down with a new business owner over a coffee, his goal is always the same, give people clear answers and a calm sense that everything is in hand.

Moneeta Pearson

Co-Founder

Moneeta is the steady force behind the scenes at O&S Accounting. Working closely with Simon, she helps shape the way the firm runs day to day, from looking after clients to making sure every process is built around clarity, care, and follow through.

Her focus is simple, make sure every client feels looked after, every query gets a thoughtful reply, and every promise the firm makes is one we keep. It is a quiet kind of work, but it is the reason so many of our clients stay with us for the long term.
